If everyone I knew didn't live north of the river, I'd move into an apartment in Freo in the blink of an eye.

Last official day of work for the year today -- woo!
What better way to celebrate than to come into work early and play U2's Pop loud with the bass way up?

I got bored with my usual radio stations on the drive into work yesterday morning and skipped around the dial until I found ClassicFM.
There's no more surreal way to start the day than by driving dream-like listening to the musical history of the harp.

I spent a fair chunk of this past weekend down in Fremantle working on a client project that launched yesterday (it's also tied up most of my time the last few weeks)... A few last-minute stresses but it came together in the end.
The upside was spending late Saturday afternoon wandering around Freo taking photos, followed by drinks and some food at Little Creatures (their Pale Ale is worthy of their recent World's Best Beer title) and icecream at Cold Rock.
Now I'm counting down the days until Thursday night, when we wrap up work for the year.

The year of CD-related excesses continues... I dropped past JB today to check out some potential presents and ended up walking out with two for myself -- Ben Harper's Live From Mars and Air's Premiers Symptomes. Music is my weakness.
I think I might declare 2005 the year of not buying CDs and taking photos instead. I haven't taken anywhere near enough photos this year.
I also want to get back into taking black and white shots on film. I miss the fun of developing and printing from back at uni. And then there's the mystery of film compared to digital photography.

I've gotten bored with my usual playlist in iTunes and wanted something new to listen to so I figured I'd play the keyword game instead.
My new workday playlist searches my library for tracks with a word in the title. Today's keyword: what.
It just segued from Spiderbait's Should Have Done What My Mum Always Told Me To to Miles Davis' classic So What -- I love this playlist already.
I'm tempted to run with playlists for Who, Why, When and How to continue the series, but I'm open to word suggestions from you. So bring it on.
