where's nemo?
I'll cut a long story short and just state a fact here: I'm a big fan of movies from Pixar. So far, they've proven Hollywood wrong and had major hits with every feature film release (and their short films are equally amazing).
So why, why, why, why why are we getting their latest, Finding Nemo (US release May 30) in August? Granted, Australia's not doing too badly. The New Zealand release date is September and the UK waits till October. And pity the poor folks in Iceland, who have to wait until Boxing Day to find out where the hell Nemo is (answer: not in Iceland).

Pixar has waited until August because as soon as I got my new fish and named him Nemo (after Captain Nemo from 20k Leagues Under The Sea), they came out with this movie, and everyone thinks I named my fish after Nemo. And I'm annoyed. Ha, yes. Nothing is in Iceland. But I still want to go there.

Please don't take this the wrong way - you know I love Pixar as much as the next man (except Si) - but I think you can forgive me for harbouring doubt about a film that combines the vocal talents of Geoffrey Rush with those of Eric Bana . . .last seen in green bodypaint in The Hulk.

You're not alone regarding the Matrix thing - not that my reservations prevented me from jumping on the Booyeah bandwagon when "Crazy Dave" messaged me with the prospect of seeing it next week.
